Transdigm (NYSE:TDG) announced some cosmetic changes to its executive comp plans. Wonder why they thought it was a good idea. You only change this kind of stuff if you smell trouble in the wind. They have yanked company-paid automobile or country club expenses. Big deal. I would not buy or sell on this news. Except that this is such a small move you have to wonder why they did it.
Criticism is coming from somewhere. Management is waiting for it. They want to be able to throw in the country club and company cars. So you have a huge question mark. Uncertainty is not a market friendly factor.
In the meantime money flow comes in at 3.22 and the short position contracts marginally to 2.22% of the float. Waiting for the other shoe to fall.
