Weakening economies in Europe and North America will deflate demand for Deere products.
Ethanol is not as compelling as it used to be. EPA is reducing requirements and corn will start to slide. Corn farmers need money to buy Deere. Corn Farmers will not be doing as well.
Residential construction has an impact on Deere construction products. If as and when interest rates go up construction goes down and sales of Deere evaporate. It’s a cyclical industry.
